Shirley Smith Simpson

Mrs. Shirley S. Simpson of Blacksburg, SC passed away peacefully at her home Thursday, June 8, 2023, surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Haskell Smith and Dorothy Maybell Pruett Smith and the wife of Charles R. Simpson. In addition to her husband, left to cherish her memory are 3 sons Steve Allison of Blacksburg, SC, Charles R. Simpson, Jr. and Scott Lee Simpson both of Rock Hill, SC. 2 daughters Tabitha Simpson and Samantha Nunn (David) of Rock Hill, SC. 7 Grandchildren and 3 Great-Grandchildren. She is also survived by 2 brothers, Roy Smith and Bobby Smith, both of Blacksburg, SC.

She was a homemaker, enjoyed gardening, raising Pomeranian dogs and listening to Conway Twitty.

The family is at the residence. A Memorial Service will be announced at a later date.
