Lonnie Daniel Peeler

Lonnie Daniel Peeler, 63, went to be with the Lord, Saturday, October 9, 2021 at Spartanburg Medical Center. The son of the late Daniel and Juanita Worthy Peeler, he was the husband of Deborah Ann (Brown) Peeler.  Mr. Peeler was a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Computer Science. He was a private consultant for AT&T as a telecommunications engineer. He was a member and Bishop of the Gaffney Ward of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Gaffney, SC. 

Lonnie had a love for baseball, traveling, and Sonny's BBQ. His greatest love was his family and spending time with his wife Debbie. He didn't care what he was doing as long as he could do it with her. He touched so many with his infectious laugh, his strong faith, and his deep love for others. He brought great joy to his family and loved to serve. 
 

In addition to his wife, cherishing his memory are daughters; Cassandra (Michael) Boyd of Lexington, SC and Victoria Peeler of Orlando, FL,  sons; Bryce Peeler and Logan Peeler of Gaffney, SC and sisters; Pamela (Brett) Wiese, of Logan, Utah and Deborah (Blake) Geilmann of Wilsonville, Oregon. His 4 grandchildren, Collin, Tate, Raylynn and Ensley will greatly miss him as well. 

The family will have a memorial service Saturday, October 16, 2021 at 10:30am ET. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, located at: 701 W Buford St. Gaffney, SC 29341
