Karen Ann (Higgins) Williams

Karen Ann (Higgins) Williams, of Blacksburg, SC, passed away, Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. A native of Gaffney, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Peal Horne Higgins and wife of Timothy Williams. She was a graduate of Gaffney High School. 

She is well loved and known for her generosity and kindness to her family and neighbors. She enjoyed giving gifts to her neighbors and candy to all the children in her neighborhood. She enjoyed listening to Elvis, watching Disney but especially treasured her grandkids that she greatly loved. 

In addition to her loving husband Timothy Williams, she is cherished by her grandchildren; Tyler, Austin, Breanna, Tristan and Aubrey Swick, great granddaughter, Paisley Childers and her daughter-in-law, Carolyn Swick, all of Blacksburg. 

Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Paul Dane Swick, infant daughter, Wanda Kay, and brothers, Ricky and Larry Higgins.

A Graveside service to celebrate her life will be held Sunday, February 13, 2022, at 1:30PM, at Mountain View Cemetery, Blacksburg, SC with Rev. Jimmy Earp officiating. 

The family will be at 210 Mountain St., Blacksburg, Apt. 1x-2.
