Johnny Brantley Melton Jr, 65, of 118 Lehi Rd., Gaffney, SC passed away peacefully Tuesday, January 23, 2024, at his home. He was married to the late Connie S. Melton, and son of the late Johnny and Bertha Gentry Melton.

Left to cherish his memory are daughters Kimberly Moore (John) of Blacksburg, SC, Patricia Wheeler (Kenneth) of Toledo, OH., and Elizabeth Gonzalez (Osvaldo) of Spartanburg, SC. 9 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, a bother Reuben Melton of Blacksburg, SC, 6 nieces and nephews and many great nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife and parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Frankie Melton.

He liked to fish, hunt, take road trips, loved painting, the QVC Channel, the outdoors and his family.

There are no announced services at this time.
