Guowen Chen

Guowen Chen, 69, of 350 Blackwell Rd. Blacksburg, SC, passed away Wednesday, April 15th, at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center.

Guowen was born in Fu Jian, China on July 16, 1950, a son of the late Yi er Yang and Shi Ren Chen. He was the husband of Yu Jin Yang. He was also the uncle to Yong Di Chen, owner and operator of the Joy Wok Restaurant of Blacksburg, where he was also a chef.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date in Mr. Chen's home country of China.
