Gloria Gail (Wilson) Peterson

Gloria Gail Peterson, 59, 764 South Battleground Ave, Grover, NC, died at home, May 29, 2019.  She was the wife of the late John Alexander Peterson and daughter of Milas E. Wilson and the late Barbara Mink Wilson.  She was a homemaker, loved her family, gardening, and cooking.  She fostered 39 children. 

Left to cherish her memory are 3 daughters - Renee Peterson(Jose), Alayna Crawford and Deanna Crawford all of the home; 3 grandchildren - Heaven Peterson, Kayla Peterson and Alaiyh Peterson; 3 brothers - Keith Wilson(Sandra), Larry Wilson(Rita) both of Blacksburg and Darrell Wilson(Melanie) of Fallston, NC; and 2 sisters - Glenda Cook(Bobby) of Gaffney, and Melissa Robertson(Jeff) of Blacksburg.  In addition to her husband and mother, she was preceded in death by one son - Charles Ray Peterson and two brothers - David Wilson and  Timothy Wilson.

Visitation will be May 31, 2019, from 6-8:00 PM at White Columns.  Graveside Celebration Of Life Service will be held at Clingman Memorial Gardens, June 1, 2019, at 2:00 PM, with Pastor Don McNeely officiating.  At other times, the family will be at the home.

Pallbearers serving are Larry Wilson, Keith Wilson, Darrell Wilson, Dean Wilson, William Wilson and Adam Summers.
