Gary Gaut, Sr. Obituary

Gary Lee Gaut Sr. of Gaffney, SC passed away Friday, February 25. He was the son of the late James (Jim) Gaut and Geneva (Jenny) Robarts. Gary was blessed with a lot of family. Surviving are his close companion, Bobbi Sheaks, children, Christina Rowden, Eddie DeLuna (Ashley), Brian DeLuna, Gary Gaut ( Kayla), James Gaut (Brittny), Josh Gaut (Tori), Destiny Gaut, Joey Hileman (Karen), and Trent Sherrod. 24 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren. A sister, Paula Hall of Taft, Ca. and brothers Kevin Gaut of Seattle, Wa. and James Hall of Taft, Ca. Also his nephews Jason Hall, Garrett Gaut and special friends Dennis and Angie Coleman. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Larry Hall. 

He was born in Bakersfield, California, a machine operator at Magnolia - Milliken. of the Baptist faith and a handyman. He enjoyed coaching little league baseball and football in Blacksburg. Gary never met a stranger and everyone he met was family or friends.

A visitation of family and friends will be held Tuesday, March 1 from 6-7:30 at the funeral home. Other times will be at the home of Gary & Kayla Gaut, 1330 S. Rutherford St. Blacksburg, SC
