Flora Phyllis (Dover) Carrigan

Flora Phyllis Dover Carrigan, 82, went home to her Heavenly reward Tuesday November 16, 2021. Born in the Mount Paran area of Blacksburg, She was the widow of Bobby Gene Carrigan and the Daughter of the Late James Emmett Dover and Maybelle Carroll Dover.

Mrs. Carrigan was blessed with many talents, among those were playing piano, drawing/painting, and a love for all animals, and was in the healthcare field. Along with her husband they raised their family in Kings Mountain, NC before moving to Blacksburg, SC.

Mrs. Carrigan is survived 3 Daughters,  Robin Carrigan Dover of Blacksburg, Crystal Carrigan Knight and husband (Terry) of Blacksburg, and Jada Tiffany Williams and Fiance (Vincent Rees) of Kings Mountain, NC; 3 Grandchildren, Danielle Owens Cooper of Blacksburg, Cody Knight of Colorado, and Nash Styers and wife (Macey) of Grover, NC; One Great Granddaughter, Shawna Cooper of Blacksburg, and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Son Jeff Carrigan, an infant Son Danny Carrigan, 3 Great Grandsons, Marshall L. Cooper, Jeffrey Daves, Nathan Cooper, Son in Law, Danny Owens, and 4 Brothers.

The family will receive friends Friday, November 19, from 2-3 PM at White Columns Funeral Services, 102 N. Rutherford St. Blacksburg, SC 29702. Funeral services immediate to follow with Rev. Michael Owen officiating. Entombment will be in the  mausoleum of Clingman Memorial Gardens, 1219 E. Cherokee St. Blacksburg, SC 29702.

The family will be at their respective homes.
