Charles Eugene Woods

Mr. Charles Eugene Woods, 53, of 264 McGill Hwy., Blacksburg, passed away Monday, June 5. He was the son of the late Dennis Neil Woods and Linda Lee Watson Woods. He leaves behind his wife, Wendy Phillips Woods, 2 Sons, Tyler and Matthew Woods both of Boiling Springs, SC and Daughter, Kali Spivey also of Boiling Springs, SC. Stepson, Hunter Gibson of Blacksburg, SC. and Stepdaughter Kalie (Clay) Scruggs of Chesnee, SC Grandchildren, Asher, Holt, Sageleigh and Harmony and a sister Patricia Woods of Aynor, SC

He served in the U.S Air Force and was a machinist at Tribal Mfg. in Chesnee, SC. Besides his family, Mr. Woods loved to play Golf, watched NASCAR and Wrestling.

Family will receive family and friends from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Jamie Billings officiating at Nazareth Baptist Church, 1156 Ninety Nine Island Rd., Blacksburg, SC 29702, a service to celebrate his life will immediately follow the visitation.

The family requests that Memorials be made to the Blacksburg High School Student Fund, 201 Ramseur Dr., Blacksburg, SC, 29702 to help defray charges on their school accounts.

The family will be at the residence.
