Charles Eugiene Neal

Charles E. Neal, 88, of 131 Neal Rd, Blacksburg, SC, went home to be with the Lord, Sunday, December 15, 2024. He was married to Brenda W. Neal and son of the late T.R. and Macie White Neal.

In addition to his loving wife, left to cherish his memory is a son, Ramond Whitford Neal of Jacksonville, Fl., and 2 sisters Marie Neal Rugg of Atlanta, Ga., and Allene Neal Giles (David) of Columbus, Ga.

A locksmith by trade, he was a member of Mt. Paran Baptist Church, where he served as a Deacon, Sunday School Teacher, Chairman of Deacons and a Choir member. He also enjoyed traveling the US and Europe with his wife. He also was a member of the Cherokee County Republican Committee and served on the South Carolina State Republican Executive Committee.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at 2:00 pm at Mt. Paran Baptist Church with Rev. Nathan Price officiating. The family will greet friends afterwards.

Pallbearers serving are Brad Howington, Hal Howington, Brad Bailey, Mickey Bailey, Steve Broome, David Dorman, Ronnie McDaniel, Tracy McDaniel, Tommy Neal and Charlie Moss. Honorary Pallbearers are Gary Thomas, David Gibbons, Albert Rippy and other members of the Church.
