Mildred Peeler Moss

Mildred Peeler Moss, 90, 627 Hopewell Road, Blacksburg, SC, went home to be with the Lord, September 20, 2017,at RoseCrest, Inman, SC. She was married to the late Thomas "Junior" Moss and was a daughter of the late Vester and Nellie Childers Peeler. She was of the Baptist faith and attended Cherokee Falls Baptist Church. She was retired from Timken.

Left to cherish her memory are two sons - Thomas Moss and wife, Lynn, and Wayne Moss and wife, Chris, all of Blacksburg, SC; one daughter - Kay Hawkins and husband, Jimmy, of Rutherfordton, NC; three grandchildren - Tyler Moss and Rusty Moss both of Blacksburg, SC, and Jamie Hawkins of Rutherfordton, NC; and six great-grandchildren - Ayden, Garrett, Mason and Weston Moss, and Courtney and Cassie Hawkins.

A Celebration Of Life Service will be held Saturday, September 23, 2017, 11:00 AM, cryptside, at Clingman Memorial Gardens, with Rev. Eddie Bolin officiating. At other times, the family will be at their respective homes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Lutheran Hospice, 429 N. Main St., Greenville, SC, 29601.
