Jimmy Lee "Leebo" Painter, 44, of 210 Old Factory Road, Blacksburg, SC, passed away July 22, 2017, at his home. He is the husband of Kelly Painter and the son of Judy Painter of the home and the late James "Jimmy" Painter. He was an avid Gamecock and Panther fan. He loved country music and loved playing his guitar. He loved camping, fishing and the beach. Most of all, he loved his dad.


Left to cherish his memory, in addition to his wife and mother, is his four-legged baby girl, Gypsy; one brother - Jamie Painter and wife, Kim, of Blacksburg; one niece, Brittany Eubanks of Blacksburg; and many friends and family who will also miss him dearly. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his grandparents - Ernest and Gladys Simpson Spearman and Claude and Virginia Painter; and uncles Claude William Painter, Jr. and J. R. Mullinax.


The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 26, 2017, from 1-2:00 PM, at Voice Of Triumph Church. A Celebration Of Life Service will begin at 2:00 PM, with Rev. Bob Tate and Rev. Tommy Lanier officiating. Entombment will follow at Clingman Memorial Gardens. At other times, they will be at the home
.
Pallbearers serving are Ed Martin, Tommy Lanier, Gary Shull, Randy Painter, Ernest Spearman, Jr., Steve Culbertson, Steve Taylor and Charlie Garland.


In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Voice Of Triumph Food Bank, 179 Corry Road, Blacksburg, SC, 29702.
