Message from John and June Campbell
September 11, 2017 7:39 PM

John and I were so saddened to learn of Chris's passing. We had only known him for a brief time but it seems so much longer as he felt like an instant friend. He was EXTREMELY professional and very patient and informative answering all our "lame" questions regarding computers. We mourn his loss after only a brief friendship, so we can only imagine what his death must be like for each of you. During his last visit, he was in tremendous pain; at least now we know he is pain-free and at peace.
With kind thoughts for a good man who will be greatly missed,

"The Campbells"

My condolences to the entire Harris family. I know over the years our families have grown distant, but as a child I spent every weekend in Gaffney with my Uncle Jesse and Aunt Laura. I have many memories of many weekend visits filled with laughter and good times and holidays, cookouts and birthdays that we shared as family. Chris was a great guy; funny, smart and kind. The love of his family was like no other. Something be-stilled in him from his father, the late Rev. Harris, Sr. and Mother Harris. My thoughts are with each of you today as you lay your son, brother, husband and father, uncle and cousin to rest. I love you all!!

I know that words are inadequate at a time like this, but I wanted you to know how very sorry my family is for your loss. May you find comfort in God's promise at Revelation 21: 3 and 4.
