John Wayne Reynolds

John Wayne Reynolds, 73, of 586 Smoke Ridge Rd., Gaffney, SC, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 3, 2024. Born in Gaffney, he was the husband of Sandra Spencer Reynolds and the son of the late John and Marie Wilkie Reynolds.

He loved his family, liked to fish and bird hunt. He never met a stranger and would help anyone he could. He enjoyed carpentry and retired from R& W Floor Service. He was also a member of Skull Shoals Baptist Church.

Surviving in addition to his wife, are a daughter Sara Reynolds Seals and a son Jeffrey Reynolds, both of Gaffney. SC. Seven grandchildren Kodi (Alex), Chris, Jessie, Samantha, Leelyn, Gracelynn and Shayleigh. Three brothers Red, Furman, and Ronnie Reynolds, Three sisters Hazel Horn, Elaine Robertson and Sue (Kim) Turner. Along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a son Christopher Todd Reynolds, a granddaughter Katelynn Reynolds and two brothers, JT and Albert Reynolds.

A Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024, from 6-8 pm, at the funeral home and a Celebration of Life Graveside Service, Thursday, February 8, 2024, at 3:00 pm at the Corinth Baptist Church Cemetery with Revs. Dr. Dwight Easler and Dr. Steven Owensby officiating.
